Holiday Inn Express is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and will help ensure a positive and welcoming experience.

• Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Process reservations, cancellations, and payments
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate guest records and cash handling procedures
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff as needed
• Ensure front desk and lobby areas are clean and organized.

• Previous front desk or customer service experience is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (knowledge of hotel booking systems is an asset)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Standing for extended periods
• Shift work including evenings, weekends, and holidays
