Senior Creative Writer (Radio) - Saskatoon AND Regina

Rawlco Radio / Rawlco Creative Strategies in Saskatchewan is looking for our next Senior Creative Writer — a true star who can think strategically, write brilliantly, and bring ideas to life that move the needle with listeners and clients alike.

We want an experienced, outgoing person who loves the craft of creative advertising. Someone who’s as comfortable in a brainstorm as they are commanding a boardroom. You’ll handle a list of accounts, work on strategy and concept development, and write and pitch high‑impact creative campaigns. You’ll collaborate with our talented writers, producers, voice artists, graphic designers, and sales team to help businesses and organizations grow.

The right person is:

• An exceptionally strong writer, even if you’ve never written for radio before.
• A highly creative thinker with a proven track record of producing fun, clever, and effective campaigns.
• Confident and engaging in client meetings; able to pitch creative with personality and professionalism.
• Strategic by nature; understanding how creative connects to marketing objectives and audience/consumer behavior.
• Organized and detail‑oriented, to keep projects on track and clients raving about the experience.
• A pro‑active, solution‑oriented approach to issues. The ability to be flexible and apply common sense to guidelines and situations, as well as empathy toward our sales team.

Experience in marketing, communications, journalism, or advertising is valuable, but what really matters is your ability to generate great ideas, write compelling copy, and sell your vision. Knowledge of digital advertising platforms is also an asset, but not required.
