Business Development Analyst

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts from award through execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Lead contract-related projects, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
• Draft, review, and manage complex scopes of work, amendments, and related documents
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance to mitigate risks and ensure financial accuracy across contracts
• Maintain contract records, reporting, and documentation in Salesforce and Share Point

• Post‑secondary education
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration or related roles, with government contracting experience being a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects and prioritize effectively
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce or other contract management systems and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with government and utility energy efficiency and energy transition programs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical or contract writing experience
