Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Operations Lead is responsible for supporting the sales process by leading the distribution of goods and services for Nutrien Ag Solutions.
What You’ll Do- Maintain facility assets and assist with equipment repair and maintenance in a safe manner.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff and customers, providing necessary customer service.
- Unload, load and deliver agri‑products.
- Participate in inventory management and control procedures.
- Make recommendations to enhance performance of equipment.
- Assist with alternate regional operations during staff absences, which may require cross‑training in various positions.
- Execute our culture of care and comply with all Nutrien Ag Solutions’ and industry regulatory and EH&S standards.
- 2+ years of operational experience.
- Class 1A driver's license or willingness to obtain a Class 1 license (willing to train the right candidate).
- Class 5 driver’s license.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
