Position: Seasonal Tire Technician Millar Avenue)
Overview
Fountain Tire Saskatoon (Millar Avenue), an established automotive repair shop, is looking for a responsible, safe, and dedicated associate to join our team and provide support heading into our busy season as a Seasonal Tire Technician!
This is a temporary position with an expected duration of April 1 until May 30, with the potential opportunity for future permanent employment.

Installing, balancing, rotating, and repairing passenger and light truck tires and wheelsResetting and repairing tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)Maintaining tire service equipment on a regularly scheduled basisCompleting specialty tire work which could include studding, retread, run flat, nitrogen, etc.Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory countsThe responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safeWhat does it take to get on track?
At least 1 year of experience in the automotive/tire industry is preferredA working knowledge of passenger and light truck tires, specialty tire services and wheels is an assetA customer-service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customersA keen attention to detailAbility to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s AbstractBasic computer skillsAbility to consistently lift 25 kilogramsAt Fountain Tire, you’d have a great place to work!
