About the team
The Member Experience and Operations team supports Saskatchewan teachers’ directly through member experience, professional, development, and governance. The team provides administrative and office support to Council and committees.
The Administrative Assistant, Member Experiences and Operations, is part of the team providing administration and office support to programs that support member experience, operations, professional development, and governance. This includes Council and committees support, along with other duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring- Completion of a one-year business course combined with 2-3 years of increasingly responsible administrative experience.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft 365 including Word, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Dynamics 365 is considered an asset.
- Established interpersonal skills in developing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
- Ability to develop and apply effective office practices and procedures.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Mature and positive attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively organize own work and produce effective results.
- Demonstrated initiative in undertaking assignments and completing work.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate, adapt, and learn new skills as required.

- A competitive salary range of $53,079.67 – $69,007.40.
