We offer:

  • Competitive starting salary: $90,900 - $93,800.00

The Supports Director provides strategic leadership for supports, ensuring high-quality, person-centred and person directed services. This role drives innovation, manages resources effectively, and fosters a culture of growth and accountability across teams.

  • Develops and monitors budgets aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Allocates resources efficiently, balancing quality care and fiscal responsibility.

  • Generates creative solutions for people supported and operational challenges.

Qualifications/Experience/Conditions:

  • Post-secondary education through Community College Diploma or University Degree with specialization in the Human Services or related field of study.
  • Post-graduate certification in Leadership/Business Management.
  • 8+ year's progressive leadership experience within the Developmental Services or related sector with a clear understanding of Journey to Belonging and Ministry of Children and Community Social Services (MCCSS) legislative standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and intermediate computer skills.
  • You must have a valid Class "G" driver's license and a reliable vehicle for use at work.
  • A clear Vulnerable Sector Screening is a condition of employment.
