Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Create a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and colleagues by operating and maintaining all equipment in an efficient manner.

Conduct rounds of the facilities central plants as well as all other mechanical areas.

Assist guests and colleagues on all Engineering related enquiries.

Immediately report hotel deficiencies to the Hotel Manager for immediate action.

Serve as a member of hotel emergency response team.

Assist the Hotel Manager and conduct related fire safety responsibilities.

Comply with all hotel rules and regulations.

Constantly maintain a high degree of professionalism at all times.

Assist when needed in other areas of hotel in the event of an emergency.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Core Competencies Multi-lingual is preferred

Prior experience working within a hotel preferred

Hotel opening experience is a plus Strong operational/technical knowledge

Excellent overall communication skills

Able to multi-task Strong desire to provide excellent guest service

The ability to work well in a team environment

Able to stand for extended periods of time
