About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Global Supply Manager to lead sourcing and supplier management for capital equipment and, over time, expand into aerospace product procurement. This role is pivotal in supporting manufacturing scale‑up, facility expansion, and long‑term supply chain resilience across our global operations.

  • Develop supplier strategies for long‑lead items, spares program, and high‑reliability parts.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100, ITAR, DFARS) and customer requirements.
Supplier Management
  • Identify, qualify, and manage global suppliers and OEMs.
  • Monitor supplier performance and lead corrective actions when needed.
  • Build long‑term partnerships to support innovation, cost reduction, and supply continuity.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with engineering, quality, finance, operations, and legal teams to support sourcing decisions and contract execution.
  • Lead cross‑functional sourcing projects for new site builds, equipment upgrades, and product launches.
Risk & Compliance
  • Mitigate supply chain risks through dual sourcing, inventory strategies, and supplier diversification.
  • Ensure compliance with export/import regulations and internal procurement policies.
Data & Systems
  • Use ERP and sourcing platforms to manage procurement workflows, reporting, and analytics.
  • Analyze spend data and market trends to inform sourcing strategies.
What You Bring to This Role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in global supply management, with a strong background in capital equipment sourcing.
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing industries.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier development skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Netsuite, SAP, Oracle) and sourcing tools.
Extra Points For the Following:
  • Familiarity with aerospace product specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with international logistics and global supplier networks.
