Overview
As a high-performing Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of custom residential architectural projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and sustainable design solutions. Your expertise in architectural principles, project management, and team leadership will drive the success of design-focused projects.
Key Responsibilities- Design Leadership
- Develop and present architectural designs and concepts that align with client needs and regulatory standards.
- Lead design reviews and provide guidance to architects and designers.
- Project Management
- Oversee all phases of project development, including planning, design, construction documentation, and construction administration.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Client Engagement
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their vision and requirements.
- Communicate design concepts and project progress effectively to clients.
- Technical Expertise
- Ensure designs meet industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Utilize Revit, Buildertrend, Plan Grid, and Microsoft Teams for design and project management.
- Team Collaboration
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers.
- Collaborate with internal design and build teams to ensure cohesive, integrated project delivery.
- Sustainability and Innovation
- Incorporate sustainable design principles and innovative technologies into projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to integrate cutting-edge solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Licensure: Licensed Architect with a current registration.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 20 pounds
- Able to climb and descend stairs
- Able to distinguish between colors

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
