$21–$25 (base pay: $17–$19 an hour base plus uncapped commission and bonus incentives)

We're not just in the tanning business; we're in the confidence business and we are growing! At Beaches Tanning Center, we help our clients feel amazing in their skin. We have 10 locations and are planning the opening of our new location in Saratoga Springs. We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a team of passionate, energetic people and build on our brand of positivity, style, and a little bit of sparkle.

The ideal candidate will be a people-loving, growth-hungry leader who's ready to take their career to the next level.

• Driving business results and store performance
• Supporting strong sales performance and leading by example
• Building a culture that's fun, professional, and client focused
• Think of it as a course in running a business with support, guidance, and great vibes

• Support the store manager with training, cleaning, and customer service
• Lead daily operations and set the tone for a positive, energetic environment
• Coach and develop your team (because you're only as good as your glow squad)
• Help drive membership sales and retail performance
• Ensure every quest leaves glowing – inside and out
• Help store manager with scheduling, inventory and reporting
• Share the responsibility of working uncovered shifts if needed
• Ability to work 35 hours per week
• Other duties as assigned

• A strong work ethic and "let's do this" attitude
• A passion for leadership even if you are just starting out
• 2 years previous experience in sales, management, and/or customer service
• The love of holding yourself and your team to high standards
