As a Shift Lead at Fat Cats, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our guests have an amazing experience while keeping the team engaged and motivated. You'll start the shift with a quick team huddle, sharing goals and priorities for the day. Throughout your shift, you'll coach team members, assist guests, and handle any challenges that arise, ensuring operations run smoothly. Using your leadership skills, you'll monitor financial objectives, track labor costs, and encourage upselling to maximize revenue. Before wrapping up, you'll review team performance and report any needs or concerns to the management team.

Flexibility is key. As a Shift Lead, you'll work a mix of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Lead and motivate the team during shifts, setting a positive tone and maintaining a professional atmosphere.

• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring exceptional service.
• Oversee daily operations, including tracking revenue, managing labor costs, and encouraging upselling.
