Requirements

• Active New York RN License (must be in hand)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• At least 1 year of recent telemetry experience
• EPIC charting experience required
• Must be able to read and interpret cardiac rhythms
  • Required to pass a hospital-proctored telemetry exam
  • >80% accuracy in rhythm identification
  • 100% accuracy in identifying critical rhythms
• Flu vaccine or approved exemption required
• Experience with critical drips and CVA patients is a plus

• Patient Ratio: 1:4–5
• Float Call-Off Policy: Maximum of 3 call-offs per contract
• Floating required across designated units based on staffing needs
