Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified Telemetry Float Nurse to provide exceptional care to patients in our facility. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in telemetry nursing and the ability to float as needed within the hospital setting.
Responsibilities- Monitor patient vitals and telemetry equipment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate patient records using Epic charting
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
- Float to various departments as required by staffing needs
- New York State Nursing License in hand
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of telemetry nursing experience
- Experience with critical drips and CVA patients is a plus
- Must successfully complete a hospital proctored test in rhythm identification
- Flu Vaccine or exemption required
