📌 Facility Location: 211 Church St, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
⏰ Shifts: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 – 19:30)
📆 Duration: 13 Weeks

• Unit: Telemetry Float Pool

• Floating: Required within telemetry skill set

• Call-Off Policy (Float): Maximum 3 call-offs per contract

• Local Rule: 50-mile radius

• License: Active New York RN License in hand (Required)

• Required Certifications:

  • BLS

  • ACLS

• Flu Vaccine: Required or approved exemption

• Minimum Experience: 2 years RN experience

• At least 1 year of current telemetry experience

• Ability to read and interpret cardiac rhythms

• Must pass hospital-proctored rhythm exam:

  • >80% accuracy in rhythm identification

  • 100% accuracy in identifying critical rhythms

• Epic charting experience required

• Telemetry nursing skills required

• Critical drip & CVA experience: Preferred

• Patient Ratio: 1:4–5
