Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable plumber to handle a variety of plumbing tasks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both residential and commercial plumbing, a strong work ethic, and excellent problem-solving skills. This role requires someone who can work independently as well as part of a team, providing high-quality service to our valued customers.



Key Responsibilities :

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for custom home remodels and new construction projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Rough-in and finish plumbing installations, including water supply, drainage, and venting systems
• Work with PEX, copper, PVC, and other plumbing materials
• Ensure all plumbing work meets local building codes and industry standards
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues efficiently
• Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of plumbing experience (must be verifiable).
• Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment.
• Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with advanced plumbing technologies and systems.
• Background in both residential and commercial plumbing.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
• Experience with high-end custom homes and luxury plumbing fixtures
• Gas line installation experience
• Backflow certification (or willingness to obtain)
