HVAC Technician

Job Description

We are a nationwide facility maintenance company and are currently expanding our HVAC division within the State of Florida. $27.00/hr - $47.00/hr

• Supporting the installation, maintenance and servicing of commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and/or system tune-ups including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical tasks
• Troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC equipment, components, and units
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent services
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and company procedures
• Maintain service vehicles and document all repairs, maintenance, and service activities in an organized and timely manner

• The ideal candidate is an experienced technician that brings a positive, professional attitude to every customer interaction
• 5+ years of hands‑on commercial HVAC experience
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Florida HVAC License (Class
  
  B) preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license. Clean driving record and the ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Compensation: $27 - $47 per hour (based on experience)
