** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by following site-specific access control procedures, security-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential community.

+ Control entry and exit at designated access points by verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor passes as required, and maintaining accurate access and incident logs.

+ Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to site management and/or emergency services when needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, building entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter, noting irregular conditions and reporting them per post orders.

+ Monitor cameras, intercoms, and other security-related systems as assigned, and report maintenance or operational issues through established channels.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
