Security Officer - Gatehouse Access

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by following site-specific access control procedures, security-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential community.;
Control entry and exit at designated access points by verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor passes as required, and maintaining accurate access and incident logs.;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to site management and/or emergency services when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, building entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter, noting irregular conditions and reporting them per post orders.;
Monitor cameras, intercoms, and other security-related systems as assigned, and report maintenance or operational issues through established channels.
