Security Officer - Armed Driver Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out site-specific policies, security-related procedures, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an education location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with campus leadership and/or local public service partners as needed;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, walkways, and the perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations;
Control access at designated points by monitoring entries and exits, verifying identification and/or authorization when required, and directing visitors to the appropriate destination;
Complete required reports and logs, communicate observations to site leadership, and maintain compliance with all armed post requirements including proper carry, weapon handling, and use of force guidelines
