Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations, drive business growth, and ensure a top-notch customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for motorsports, and a proven track record of sales management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead the sales team, ensuring targets and objectives are met.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to increase sales and profitability.
- Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest products and trends in the powersports industry.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist in closing high-value sales.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the automotive, powersports, or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
- Passion for powersports is a plus.
- Knowledge of inventory management and sales software is preferred.
