POSITION & REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Group Leader provides operational oversight and leadership for designated internal and external educators within a rapidly growing healthcare organization. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Education, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Distribution, and Customer Service to plan, coordinate, and execute assigned initiatives within a defined scope. The Group Leader oversees day-to-day departmental activities, delegates and supervises work, and ensures alignment with organizational goals and best-practice standards, including safety and simulation-based education.

Responsibilities include performance and project reporting, revenue forecasting and recognition, and supporting training programs that leverage simulation and clinical solutions to improve outcomes. Success in this role requires strong execution, credibility, and the ability to foster collaboration and team effectiveness.

Provide leadership and operational oversight for training and education programs aligned with Elevate Health cares strategic and growth objectives.
