Position: Primary Care Physician / Indiana / Permanent / in Terre Haute, IN Job
We are looking for a full-time relationship-centered family physician to add to our team at our near-site employer-sponsored primary care clinic in Terre Haute, IN.We provide high-quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions. We focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships. We seek providers who are passionate about providing full-spectrum primary care resulting in top-notch clinical quality, outstanding service, and increased overall health outcomes.

Position Details:

Patient population: employees and families of all ages down to 3+ years

Hours:

40 hours per week;
Can be flexible

Schedule:

Days and hours per day flexible for the right candidate, possibly 4 x10'sClinic Team: one nurse practitioner, two MAs, and a medical receptionist.
