We have an exciting opportunity for a Utility Foreman to join our team at our Sapulpa, Oklahoma location!

What You’ll Do:

· Lead and supervise crews installing water, sewer, storm and other underground utility systems

· Manage project timelines, labor, and site coordination to ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines

· Accurately read and interpret plans, blueprints, and job specifications

· Coordinate daily tasks, equipment needs, and material deliveries

· Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce company safety policies on a consistent basis

· Effectively communicate clearly with Project Manager, Inspectors, and Crew Members

· Operate equipment as needed (excavators, loaders, trenchers, etc.)

· Troubleshoot field issues and make ethical and smart decisions regarding project plans and completion

· Supervise, mentor and coach personnel as it relates to company policies, procedures, and work requirements

· Other duties as assigned by Owner

Education:

· You possess a high school diploma or equivalent

What Skills You Need:

· A minimum of two (2) years’ experience within the Utility, Construction, Excavation, or related field

· You possess good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers

· You are willing and able to do the following with or without reasonable accommodation:
Climb and/or work in elevated areas, stand and sit for extended periods, work outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions, lift up to seventy-five (75) lbs., and perform work that involves repetitive motion and lifting.

· Knowledge and experience with OSHA standards, city and local building codes, and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment

· Direct experience operating heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, trenchers, etc.)

· Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a good driving record to drive company owned vehicles

· Willing and able to travel to and from job sites with occasional overnight stay

· You are comfortable with technology and possess an intermediate computer aptitude including the use of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and are willing and able to learn other company specific applications as required.

· You possess high diligence, can multitask, maintain an organized job site and workplace, and excellent critical thinking skills

· You understand that delivering to our customers on-time keeps us viable, and are willing and able to work overtime hours, which include nights, weekends, and holidays during peak times or projects

What Makes You Stand Out:

· Two-Year Technical or Associates Degree in Construction, Utility, Business, or related field

· You have five (5) years’ experience as a Foreman within the Utility, Construction, Excavation, or related field

Work Authorization and Relocation:

· This position does NOT offer a comprehensive domestic relocation benefit package

· VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position
