Responsibilities

Maintenance Technician Are you a skilled Electrician who enjoys solving complex problems and thrives in a safety focused industrial environment? Real Alloy is looking for an experienced multi-craft electrician/Maintenance Technician to join our team in Sapulpa and play a key role in keeping our operations running safetly, efficiently, and reliably! In this hands-on role, you'll work across electrical, mechanical, and maintenance disciplines, tackling everything from advanced troubleshooting, to equipment installation and repair.

If you enjoy variety in your work day and take pride in precision, this is the opportunity for you. Industrial maintenance background preferred, with general mechanical aptitude helpful. Monday through Friday 6:45am-3:15pm shift. Pay range $30 - $35/hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

* Install & repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings

* Installs conduits and pipes to house electrical wires and cables

* Ensures piping complies with electrical codes; replaces conduit, wiring, and circuit breakers as needed

* Troubleshooting equipment problems and making necessary repairs to restore equipment to proper operating conditions

* Read/interpret engineering drawings and manuals to install, calibrate and maintain electrical apparatus. Work in complex engineering and manufacturing drawings or manuals to complete projects and assigned work.

* Perform installation or repair work on motors, wiring and control cabinets, along with mobile equipment such as forklifts, pay loaders, and skid steer loaders

Qualifications

Industrial Maintenance Technician - Electrician - General Maintenance

* 3+ years of work experience in trade profession or industrial maintenance.

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Able to demonstrate strong proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance activities.

* Valid electricians license preferred but not required.

* Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Solid understanding of basic computer functions and office software applications.

* Flexibility to work overtime and be on-call as needed.

* Advanced technical training through trade school or higher education; willingness to learn new skills through ongoing training.
