Role summary:
Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared. Requires product knowledge, problem solving and merchandise skills. For complete job duties and requirements, see the Job Description.

• Help customers find and select products across departments to meet everyday needs and special occasions.
• Keep aisles neat and clean, stock shelves, and assist multiple supervisors and fellow associates.
• Assist with checkout as needed and respond to customer questions to improve their shopping experience.
• Develop knowledge about the store and products to improve effectiveness and service quality.

• Ability to walk up to 5 miles per day while fulfilling online customer orders.
• Ability to review customer orders, locate and select merchandise on the sales floor, and ensure orders are filled accurately.
• Positive attitude: smile, greet, and thank customers and provide helpful service.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and fast-paced environments.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
