Proven leadership experience in heavy industrial manufacturing, with direct experience in air‑cooled heat exchanger fabrication and structural assembly.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Full‑time;
Contract

Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 1:00 am

• Lead and coordinate assembly operations for air‑cooled heat exchangers and structural components.
• Supervise fabrication of vessels, headers, tanks, skids, platforms, and guards.
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Oversee large‑format system assembly and functional testing.
• Support machining operations including multi‑axis turning, milling, and drilling.
• Coordinate heavy assembly lifting using overhead cranes.
• Train and mentor team members to improve productivity and workmanship.
• Maintain strict safety compliance across welding, lifting, machining, and coating operations.

• Strong understanding of structural fabrication, welding processes, and mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication prints.
• Experience in high‑precision manufacturing environments.
• Hands‑on experience with overhead crane operations and heavy assembly lifting.
• Working knowledge of industrial coating systems and surface preparation standards.
• Familiarity with multi‑axis machining environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to coordinate team workflow.
