Job Title:
Assembly Lead
Lead and manage a team of assemblers, ensuring efficient and accurate assembly of air cool heat exchangers. Monitor and inspect assembly processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide assembly processes. Utilize hand and power tools, including overhead cranes and forklifts, to assemble components. Train new team members on assembly procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Identify and resolve assembly issues promptly to maintain production schedules. Ensure all team members follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Maintain accurate records of assembly progress, issues, and resolutions.

- Assembly experience with air coolers (3+ years).
- Supervisory experience.
- Mechanical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior assembly lead experience.

Work EnvironmentWork in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility on the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday from 5pm to 3:30am.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Sapulpa, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
