Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Hand Welder to join a fabrication team in Sapulpa. This Hand Welder role requires experience across multiple welding processes and the ability to produce high-quality welds on pipe, structural, and fabrication projects while meeting strict code and quality requirements.
What the Hand Welder Will Be Doing- Perform welding using Stick (SMAW), MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and Flux Core (FCAW) processes.
- Complete pipe welding, structural welding, and fabrication work.
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and specifications.
- Set up and operate welding equipment according to WPS and job requirements.
- Maintain high standards for weld quality, appearance, and integrity.
- Follow all safety policies and quality procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- 2G MIG & Flux Core test – radiographed and bend tested.
- 2G Stick test – radiographed.
- 3G vertical uphill TIG test – radiographed (code requirement).
