* What You’ll Do:

** Provide effective customer service and dispatch support through in-depth knowledge of company products, programs and services.
*
* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*
* * Talk with customers by phone and enter data into computer system.
* Solicit future orders from customers and enter orders into computer system.
* Negotiate with customers’ acceptable delivery times to prevent lost orders.
* Document customer complaints and forward to Dispatch Manager and/or Sales Representative.
* Assist Dispatch Manager in tasks as required.
** Requirements:
*** High School Degree or General Education Degree (GED).
* Three to five years related customer service experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
