Electrical Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman with a strong
background in the multifamily sector to lead our electrical teams. The successful candidate will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in various multifamily dwellings.

• Plan, manage, and execute electrical projects in multifamily residential buildings.
• Supervise and lead a team of electricians and other construction professionals, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with other construction team members and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Inspect electrical systems and plan maintenance routines to ensure longevity and compliance with national and local codes.
• Handle the documentation necessary for electrical projects, including compliance with all safety and building regulations.
• Train and mentor junior electricians and team members, promoting continuous improvement and learning within the team.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman, specifically in the multifamily sector.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage teams in a construction environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and safety standards.
