Pay Rate$16.50 per hour

- Maintain and clean the area in and around the donation trailer/pod at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Assist donors in receiving donated items and provide receipts.
- Maintain all reports and paperwork as instructed by supervisor.
- Separate and sort donated material into proper containers, and stack material as instructed.
- Assist TSA PA/Drivers with loading donations onto trucks as necessary.
- Inform supervisor of needed items prior to running out (e.g., brooms, receipts, totes, carts).
- Secure and lock donation trailer/pod at the end of each shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must pass background check, which will include criminal history and sex offender registry.
- Ability to read, write, and understand both written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, fellow employees, customers, and donors.
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
- Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, clothing carts, merchandise carts, rolling clothing racks, fixtures, furniture dollies, platform trucks and carts, hand trucks, and miscellaneous carts.
- Ability to move product up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.
- Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Our stores operate 7 days per week. Work schedules are determined by management, and employees must be flexible to ensure adequate store coverage. Full‑time associates may be scheduled for any full‑time shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
