Responsible for the daily functions of the Renovation Operations staff, including delegation of work assignments, scheduling, performance appraisals, corrective actions and quel training.

• Manage daily call‑center activities, ensuring services levels, customer interaction and problem resolution.
• Assist in continual improvement of departmental systems, processes and reporting; conduct regular procedural reviews to streamline processes and maximize efficiencies.
• Supervise performance of associates and provide training, coaching, counseling, and corrective actions when necessary.

• Interview, hire, and train new associates.

• Reliable transportation to our office in Santee, CA.
• 1–2 years supervisory/management experience.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel/Word/Office and Adobe PRO.
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce or similar CRM is a PLUS; not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

• Typically requires a BS/BA in a related discipline.
• Generally 5+ years of experience in a related field; advanced degree may offset less experience.
• Certain certifications may be required.

$64,400.00 – $94,300.00 Annual
