Mueller Landscape Inc. is a 40+ year residential landscape maintenance company serving San Diego County. We are growing fast, adding new systems and support roles to build a company that runs on process — not pressure. This is a front-line leadership role responsible for:

The right person will run the day-to-day operations so ownership can step back into growth, leadership, and strategy.

Must be willing to work longer days when required to ensure crews are dispatched, daily schedules are completed, and customer communication is properly handled. This is a salaried management position requiring flexibility — especially during peak seasons.
