Senior Lab Testing Analyst

Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

The Senior Testing Analyst will oversee laboratory testing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role includes supervising lab testers, calibrating and maintaining equipment, and managing testing protocols to meet stringent quality standards.

• Lead and coordinate daily testing activities within the laboratory.
• Supervise and mentor lab testers, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Perform and oversee calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
• Review and validate test results for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement testing protocols and quality control measures.
• Maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures, equipment logs, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, and internal quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
• 5+ years of laboratory experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing methods and equipment calibration.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and laboratory documentation systems.

• Experience in antibody or diagnostic product testing.
• Familiarity with ISO and FDA regulatory requirements.
• Advanced troubleshooting and process improvement skills.
