B&M Plumbing is looking to hire an experienced, hard-working plumber to join our team.
We are a small, family-owned company specializing primarily in new residential construction. If you take pride in clean rough-ins, solid finishes, and showing up ready to work every day, we’d like to talk with you.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years plumbing experience (new construction preferred)
Experience with ground work, rough-in, and finish
Ability to read plans
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic & positive attitude
Apprentice or Journeyman license preferred

Full-Time Position

- Install plumbing systems in new residential construction homes
- Perform ground work, rough-in, and finish plumbing
- Read and follow blueprints and building plans
- Install water, waste, and gas piping systems
- Set fixtures including tubs, showers, water heaters, and trim
- Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and inspections
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Communicate clearly with contractors and team members
- Troubleshoot and correct installation issues as needed
- Show up on time and work efficiently throughout the day
- 2+ years of plumbing experience (new residential construction preferred)
- Knowledge of ground work, rough-in, and finish plumbing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Familiar with current plumbing codes and inspection requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions - Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Apprentice or Journeyman license preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
