ECM Junior Associate - SCIB

** SCIB – EQUITY CAPITAL MARKETS
** is looking for an
** ECM Junior Associate
** based out of
** Madrid.
*** Conduct in-depth market analysis, including sector performance, valuation trends and window assessment
* Contribute to equity story positioning and investor targeting strategy
* Participate in pilot fishing, wall-crossing processes and investor education
* Work closely with Equity Syndicate and Equity Sales to assess demand, orderbook dynamics and pricing considerations
* Develop a strong understanding of investor behavior and bookbuilding mechanics
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Investment Banking (Corporate finance preferred)
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Equity Capital Markets or M&A.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Equity Research, Asset Management or related capital markets roles
* Demonstrated involvement in live equity or equity-linked transactions
* Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities
* Deep understanding of equity markets and transaction mechanics
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Proficiency in Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Dealogic and broker research
* Strong interest in capital markets and equity products
* Technical & Analytical skills.
* Execution & Project Management
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel work streams
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
* Proven ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
* Strong team-oriented mindset
* High intellectual curiosity and commercial mindset
