PACE Supply's Santa Rosa, CA location is seeking a skilled and reliable Class A Driver to join our team and help deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. We are a wholesale distributor specializing in plumbing, hydronics, fire protection, water treatment, pumps, water well, septic, sewer, and water works. This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with daily overtime. You will operate large commercial vehicles, such as tractor-trailers and flatbeds, ensuring the safe and timely transport of goods. You will collaborate with warehouse teams to prepare and securely load orders, while maintaining a positive and safety-conscious work environment.

• Operate heavy-duty Class A vehicles to transport goods to various destinations while complying with federal, state, and local transportation regulations and company policies.
• Plan routes strategically to account for traffic, weather, and road conditions to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist with loading and unloading of cargo and secure items to prevent damage during transit.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with dispatch and customers to confirm delivery schedules and provide updates as needed.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, bills of lading, and other required documentation.
• Adhere to hours-of-service regulations and safety standards to avoid fatigue-related risks.
• Ensure vehicle and cargo security and maintain a clean, organized vehicle interior and exterior.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills.

• A high school diploma (or equivalent) preferred; a combination of education and experience may qualify.
• Valid California Class A Driver’s license with a "T" endorsement (doubles, triples, tankers); manual transmission experience; and be at least 21 years old.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Medical Certification Clearance Card, FMSC Clearinghouse registration, and O.T. registration.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience operating Class A vehicles; previous wholesale product delivery and warehouse experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of driving laws, regulations, speed limits, and procedures in case of an accident.
• Ability to perform long hours of driving and heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Five-day work week with flexibility for overtime; basic English proficiency for reading, writing, and oral communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to sequence tasks and group similar items.
