Journeyman Fire Alarm Technician — Santa Rosa, CA
Seeking an experienced Journeyman Fire Alarm Technician to install, service, test, and maintain commercial and residential Fire/Life Safety Alarm Systems
. This role offers long-term career growth, training, and advancement.
Location: Santa Rosa, CA (serving Sonoma, Napa, Marin & Southern Mendocino)
Key Responsibilities- Install, program, service, and test Fire/Life Safety Alarm Systems
- Troubleshoot and repair fire alarm and low-voltage systems
- Provide professional onsite customer support
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
- Operate company vehicle for field assignments
- Assist with upgrades and project work
- California Fire/Life Safety Technician “Blue Card” certification
- WBFAA Graduated Apprentice or
- Passed Journeyman Exam (Accelerated path acceptable upon completion)
- 3+ years of fire alarm experience
- Experience installing/servicing Fire Life Safety Systems
- Eligible for BSIS ACE card
- Valid Driver’s License with clean record
- Strong customer service, professionalism, and reliability
- Experience with Notifier, FCI Gamewell, Silent Knight, Fire Lite, Honeywell, DMP, AES Radio, Resideo
- Exposure to CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarms, Low-Voltage/IT Networking
- Construction or project coordination experience
