We are seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to ensure our kitchens and bakeries operate smoothly. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration, and HVAC systems across our campus.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment
- Install and calibrate kitchen ventilation and appliances
- Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Use diagnostic tools and hand/power tools for repairs
- Refrigeration: walk-in coolers, ice machines
- Cooking: ovens, fryers, steam kettles
- Ventilation & HVAC: exhaust hoods, rooftop units
- Dishwashing: high-capacity dishwashers

Qualifications include:
- CFC Universal Certification
- EPA 608 certification
- Legal work status in the US
- Willingness to relocate
- COVID-19 vaccination
- At least 3 years of experience in relevant fields
- Full-time
- Management and Manufacturing roles
