Sales Executive
Deep Net is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Leader to spearhead revenue growth and expand our client base within the SMB and mid-market segments. As a key member of our Growth team, you’ll drive qualified pipeline generation, maximize conversion rates, and accelerate revenue growth through strategic execution of the full sales cycle. This role is accountable for meeting key sales KPIs including pipeline generation, conversion, closed MRR, and client satisfaction.

The Sales Executive reports to the Growth Steward.

Sales Executive Objectives & Responsibilities: OBJECTIVE:Drive revenue growth through strategic full-cycle sales execution:
- Oversee and support full-cycle sales activities including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
- Build, manage, and optimize an active qualified weighted pipeline using CRM analytics to drive robust Pipeline Generation >$1M
- Leverage CRM data and reporting to consistently monitor and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline status, conversion ratios, and Revenue Growth Rate closed MRR >$25k per quarter.
- Actively generate leads and maintain >500 contact attempts per week.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Deep Net’s service offerings and educate prospective clients on evolving capabilities.
- Maintain a close rate on delivered proposals of >25%.
Enhance client acquisition strategies and sales processes
- Routinely evaluate and improve sales processes, tools, and workflows to increase Pipeline Generation and Win/Conversion Rate >2.5%.
- Boost Win/Conversion Rate by identifying and targeting ideal customer profiles across industries, effectively moving leads to customers.
- Monitor CSAT from new clients (first 90 days) to ensure >90% satisfaction.
Contribute to team development and cross-departmental alignment
- Participate in weekly team meetings and quarterly planning sessions to align sales goals with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate seamlessly with marketing, technical, service delivery, and customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and outstanding client onboarding.
- Coach and mentor sales team members to meet KPIs, reinforce best practices, and elevate consultative selling skills.
- Use CRM reporting and KPI dashboards to drive performance and identify process improvements.

- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in IT services, SaaS, MSP, or related professional services sectors (e.g., medical devices, outsourced accounting, legal, engineering, consulting).
- Demonstrated success in full-cycle selling and exceeding quota within high-velocity sales environments.
- Hands‑on experience selling managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or comparable technical/professional solutions.
- Mastery of consultative sales methods and in‑depth understanding of the IT/professional services buyer journey.
- Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms (Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.)—track record of data‑driven decision making.
- Autonomous, proactive, and driven to achieve ambitious sales goals with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Highly organized with effective prioritization and time management skills.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to quickly adapt to diverse client profiles.
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus.
