Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $19.50 USD per hour.

Target is a retailer focused on helping families discover the joy of everyday life through guest service, operations, and visual merchandising.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on product assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs; sort freight and push merchandise to the sales floor; locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set and maintain visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability on the floor and in backrooms, executing priority and manual fills to create a complete guest-ready floor.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with proper signing.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests; support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise between fitting rooms and the sales floor.
• Assist with guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU), and Drive-Up while complying with all applicable laws.
• Adhere to safety, ethical conduct, and compliance standards; work safely and report hazards.
• Engage guests proactively, greeting them during daily tasks and helping solve their specific needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You thrive in a fast-paced, physically active role requiring teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving.
• You are open to a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• A welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Effective communication, independence, teamwork, and quick guest question resolution.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; lift or move merchandise up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance; able to work in varying temperatures and conditions.
• Remain mobile for the duration of a shift; drive-up and carry-out duties may be required.
