Wireless Sales Representative; Santa Rosa

Job Overview

Join our team as a Wireless Sales Representative at Western Capital Resources Inc in Santa Rosa. We are seeking outgoing, energetic, and highly motivated salespeople to join our team.

As one of the largest authorized retailers for Cricket Wireless, we have full-time and part-time positions available. Our team members can earn an average of $3-$6 per hour in commission, in addition to their hourly wage. Full-time employees are also eligible for health benefits, a 401k program, and discounted service and accessories.

• Sell wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and service features to achieve monthly quotas.
• Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers.
• Troubleshoot and find solutions for customers, and help them find the best Cricket products and services for their needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to create long-term customer relationships.
• Be a reliable team member with good communication skills.
• Complete operational duties accurately and within required time frames.

PQH Wireless conducts background checks and uses eVerify. The hourly wage for this role is $17-$18 per hour, plus commission. Pay dates are the 10th and 25th of each month, and commission is included in each check.
