We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established occupational medicine team near Santa Rosa, CA
. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering a collaborative work environment and the chance to make a meaningful impact on employee health and wellness.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational medicine or urgent care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult patients in a workplace setting, focusing on injury care, physicals, and preventive health services.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct pre-employment and return-to-work physicals
- Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses
- Perform routine screenings and wellness exams
- Collaborate with employers and case managers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Current and unrestricted PA or NP license in California
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or primary care preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
