Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Surgery Physician Assistant to join their well‑established team. • Full‑time 0.9 FTE
• Schedule:
  
  Three 12‑hr shifts per week (7am‑7pm)
• On‑Call:
  Seven shifts per month (7pm‑7am) Additional call hours available
• Primary focus is on assisting on‑call Trauma Surgeons in the OR, ICU and trauma bay
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• OR 1 st assist for a large variety of cases(General, Ortho, Urology, Vascular, Neuro)

• Compensation is between $180,345 and $224,607 per year

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
