Providence Medical Group Cardiology is seeking a full-time Physician Assistantor Nurse Practitioner to join its Cardiology team in Santa Rosa, CA. Thisis an ambulatory role where you will perform patient follow-ups, pre-opclearance, cardiac device care, medication reviews and refills, triagecare and more. Ideal candidates will have cardiology experience while being eager to work in a fast-paced environment. • Full-time position (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm).
• Providing outpatient care with dedicated support staff.
• No call schedule.
• The group includes Physicians and Advance Practice Providers creating acollegial work environment.
• Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.
• Compensation is between $ 160,115 and $192,069 per year.

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation andmay include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance,hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms ofcash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
