Nurse Manager
- Operations position located at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. This position is Full Time, 8-hour Day shifts.

Provides an optimal practice environment that ensures the delivery of quality patient care. Responsible for planning, directing and managing the nursing care delivered to a designated patient population. Oversees the 24-hour operation of the patient care unit with accountability for leadership, overall fiscal management, staffing, planning, organizing and controlling.

• Provide leadership and direction for the nursing care delivered to a designated patient population.
• Plan, direct and manage the 24-hour operation of the patient care unit.
• Accountable for leadership, overall fiscal management, staffing, planning, organizing and controlling of the unit.

• California Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire)
• 2 years recent clinical experience
• Computer experience

• Bachelor s Degree in Nursing
• Specialty certificate based on unit (upon hire)
• 2 years management experience
• 5 years clinical experience

Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates for this position. The successful candidate s placement on the wage range will be determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The base pay range may be augmented by shift differentials, on-call, overtime, bonuses and other incentives.
