Production Operator
The Production Operator is responsible for inspecting, sorting and packaging injection molded parts in a fast-paced environment and in accordance with approved procedures. This includes work both in and out of a clean room environment.
Shift: Swing – 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
How You’ll Make An Impact- Minimize production losses through timely communication of issues to the supervisor and strict adherence to approved production and quality procedures.
- Work around injection molding machines and ensure safe working practices are followed.
- Pay attention to detail and follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Use personal protective equipment and clean room gowns as required.
- Collaborate effectively as a strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
- High school education required.
- Experience in a fast‑paced clean room environment is a plus.
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Capable of lifting or occasionally moving items up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable handling small parts and measuring tools for extended periods.

CompensationThe estimated base salary range for this position is $36,100 to $49,600 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors that fairly impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job‑permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, dependent on achievement of individual objectives and company performance.
