Production Supervisor

Job Summary

The Senior Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure efficient processes by monitoring the production and organizing workflows. This position will report to Production Manager.

• Plan and execute daily production schedules to achieve revenue targets and operational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency, line performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead initiatives focused on optimizing production processes and ensuring operational excellence.
• Maintain strict compliance with quality and safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Assign tasks effectively and ensure all team members understand and complete their responsibilities.

• Bachelor’s degree graduate preferably Engineering, Operations Management, or any equivalent degree
• Effective communication skills in both oral and written
• Knowledge and experience in electronic components operation and applications
• Must have the ability to work in a cross-cultural team, assertive, good leadership, team player, and flexible.
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule
