Welder II or III - Nightshift

We are currently seeking a skilled Stainless Steel Welder (Level II or III) to join our manufacturing team on the Swing Shift.

While we operate three shifts, we are specifically looking to grow our Night Shift team.

• Schedule: Monday – Thursday 2:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. (Enjoy a 3‑day weekend!)
• Incentive: This shift includes a 15 % shift differential added to your base hourly rate.

• Precision Welding:
  Perform high‑quality TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding on stainless steel components.
• Sanitary Fabrication:
  Execute tight‑tolerance fabrication for the food and beverage industry, ensuring all welds meet sanitary design standards.
• Quality Control:
  Deliver high‑quality components that meet rigorous safety and performance specifications.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work effectively with our motivated team to maintain production flow and meet project deadlines.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience specifically with Stainless Steel.
• Technical Skill:
  Proficiency in both TIG and MIG welding is required.
• Physical Ability:
  Ability to lift 40 lbs. and work in an active manufacturing environment.
• Extras: A valid Driver’s License and Forklift experience are major pluses.

• Welder II: $26.57 – $29.85
• Welder III: $29.77 – $33.85

• The 15 % Swing Shift differential is applied on top of these base rates.
